I was ar AMFM Mission Connection in the Barona house for 2.5mos. The staff was friendly and easy to talk to. The majority of my growth came from interacting with my housemates. Therapy is once a week and medication management appointments are biweekly. It does take about two weeks before you are on a regular schedule with everything and it does feel like a slow start, but overall this is a fantastic program that has saved my life!
A Mission for Michael is a great resource for anyone looking for help during crisis or when you're just struggling/too stressed to deal with everyday life. As a new mom, this program has helped me navigate a huge life change and identity-shift. The staff are warm, welcoming and willing to work with you every step of the way. The instructors are life-long learners themselves and are eager to teach out of an abundance of resources. Take advantage of the help that is available here!
PHP is definitely an amazing place to get treatment. Groups and staff are great! I would definitely recommend this for anyone who wants help. It’s helping me to be the true me. Kat the director is one of the best!!
It was an amazing experience. I got a lot out of this program and felt it befitted me greatly. I found the staff and therapists to be helpful as well as group and individual therapy. There were a few hiccups with the program which is why I didn’t give five stars. Overall though, it was good.
Great place. Remember it is what you make of it! Staff is great. And really willing to work with you to get what you need!!
