Everyone from check in to nurse to NP Emily McFall’s was very nice, kind and supportive and seemed to genuinely care about my health situation. Emily is very thorough in reviewing hospital and lab notes so she knows what issues have gone on while hospitalized. She is great! Mandy Bellew whom checked me in always remembers who I am and calls me by name. She works in many areas of the office and also helps out at the hospital at times. It’s been a hard transition being a care giver and they always make me feel heard and ask her how she is doing. They listen and take great care to do what they can. Bethany Norris is the best and I can’t be more pleased with the care we have received at this facility. I highly recommend it for all ages!!!
