Friendly and professional...an excellent experience
After having a less than positive experience with Mission Health in Franklin a year ago,I was not sure what to expect from the Community Primary Care. So glad I found Dr Kate! The office staff are all pleasant and good at their job. I finally felt heard and was never rushed through. Dr Kate took her time,listened and actually followed through on everything we talked about. Thank you all for your excellent care.
After moving here a year ago, I was so happy to find Allison and the wonderful and caring staff at Mission! Allie thoroughly listens to my concerns, asks thoughtful questions during my exams to ensure we get to the bottom the ailment, explains the cause and the treatment plan in a way I can easily understand, and follows up with me until I’m feeling better. So grateful to have such wonderful care up here in the mountains.
