I had a good experience at Mission City Motors. I like that they call and let you know how it's going and what the expected price will be prior to doing the work. I also appreciate the courtesy car. It feels like they take an honest interest in doing things right, and as economically as possible. No surprises, no add-ons, just good service.
Had a great experience with Mission city motors. Service was excellent and very detailed with pictures and notes on areas that needed to be repaired and areas that needed attention soon. I would definitely recommend Mission city motors.

Vehicle brought in for steering related issues. Loose and missing fasteners, front end hasn’t been greased in a long time. Was told no issues found, and could not duplicate reported issue. Maybe something wrong inside the steering box. They charged me for replacing 2 interior lightbulbs (could easily replace myself) that i did not ask to be replaced, nor did i give permission for the replacement.
