Best belts ever!
I have been a long time customer of Mission Belts but today their customer service blew me away. I inquired about a buckle that I wanted engraved in a custom way to promote my band in New Mexico. The awesome customer service rep, Meagan, not only got back to me at lightening speed (within minutes), she contacted the engraver directly, shot me a proof and got the buckle shipped out within just a few hours of my initial inquiry. I have enjoyed my mission belts since they first appeared on the market. I had a small issue with one of my buckles after five years. I went into the store and met Luke and he was extremely helpful and kind. I was able to get my buckle situation, taken care of and walked out with an extra belt and new buckle. Hard to say no to all the great leather products and the innovation of design on the buckles.
