I cannot speak more highly about the culture, of the team at Mission Belt Co. And for the quality, and craftsmanship of these top notch belts. My first belt is still in great shape from nearly 10 years of daily use. This is, and will be, the only belt brand I trust for the rest of my life, for both myself and my family. Terraza at Headquarters was so helpful for getting setup with new belts for wife! I highly recommend to anyone to try them out and see the quality for yourself.

Great product!! We went in person to the Orem store. The selection was great. we got customized belts in less than 5 min. And the employee was amazing. So knowledgeable, friendly and helpful.
I wear a few belts and the buckle continuously falls off the belt and the leather COATING split. I may have owned it for a while but it hasn't been used a lot. I reached out finally and they said "sorry we only give a one year warranty." Horrible warranty. Last belt I'll buy from them. My Kore belt is light years better and same price. Spend your money elsewhere this stuff is garbage.
Very frustrating experience with customer service and the company. After having a Mission belt with the “alpine white” buckle, the white color turned yellow over a few years. Understanding that this can happen over time, I ordered a new alpine white buckle, but to my dismay, when it arrived, it wasn't even close to white. It had the same yellowing issue as my original buckle. To make matters worse, when I returned the buckle, I only received half of my money back after all the Mission return fees.
