Honestly, just plain awful all around. Their products are interior to their competitors and their customer service is the rotten frosting on top of the moldy cake. To begin with, their buckles are stiff and the release mechanism are hard to release. A side by side comparison with other brands really accentuates just how bad Mission Belt buckles are. I have been a long time customer of Mission Belts but today their customer service blew me away. I inquired about a buckle that I wanted engraved in a custom way to promote my band in New Mexico. The awesome customer service rep, Meagan, not only got back to me at lightening speed (within minutes), she contacted the engraver directly, shot me a proof and got the buckle shipped out within just a few hours of my initial inquiry.
