I wanted to list my property for sale. It took old mate Steve 2 hours to get back to me. Then the conversation that ensued was almost painfull. In his drawn out and lethargic manner he ummed and arred and in a circumnavigational drone,he explained the 12.6 kilometers was too far out of his comfort zone and that he was not prepared to list my property. Steve and Sandy found us a rental in a very tough market, really went out of their way for us, found us a beautiful home, made the move a lot easier for us, then when we needed some maintenance done, the tradespeople were contacted immediately and had been and gone within the week, couldn't be happier with our agent, can highly recommend them,
