Basic 3 bed house with no built ins. Set up for tourists. When things break they dont get fixed for months. Beware about this place taking your bond and not submitting it to rta for over a month. Smells like a 'PONZY SCHEME' which is illegal. RTA guideline say 10 day to submit. When I asked ruth she took away our 12 month lease and inserted a 6 month lease. We have rented with Ruth for 3 years and couldn’t be happier. It’s sad to say goodbye to the beautiful house we had the privilege to live in. We hope the new owner loves living there like we did.
