We had an incredible day out with Mission Beach Dive. The trip out to the reef was fast and comfortable, with none of the long, bumpy slog you sometimes get. On the way we spotted whales, turtles, and even a manta ray gliding past. An incredible start before we’d even hit the water. I have nothing but wonderful things to say about Mission Beach Dive! The crew was accommodating, friendly, and we had a great dive at Beaver Reef. Compared to the massive boats going out of Cairns, this felt much more homegrown and far less commercial which was refreshing. This was my first ocean dive post certification. I am so grateful to have experienced the reef with them!
We have had a great diving session with MBD team. They are very professional and we were happy to learn our first dive skills with them. Small group (9) we visited three sites in two days and our 10 years son was snorkelling when we were diving. And we saw whales on our way back! And price was very friendly:) Many thanks to the team !
Great crew, great dive! Saw a tonne of different type of coral and fish at Beaver reef. Plus a little sting ray cruising around, 1 person also saw a leopard shark. Best thing - the hump back whales!!! We saw heaps on the way out and back in again. Perfect timing with the mating season. Such a good day
I went snorkelling in Mission Beach 20 years ago (whilst pregnant with my daughter), and decided to come back with my daughter this year to snorkel again. We both had an amazing time with Mission Beach Dive. Our crew Toby, Sarah, and Ben were so friendly, knowledgeable, and enthusiastic, and just added to the entire experience. Toby even stopped on the way back from the reef to take us whale watching, which was an amazing bonus. We would highly, highly recommend!!
