I frequent the humidor at Total Wine in the vicinity of Mission BBQ—after what seems like ages of smelling their smoke while driving by, I decided to stop in and give it a taste…Chick-Fil-A and Culver’s next door have no business being as busy as they are with Mission tucked in between the two of them—in my humble opinion, I had a better meal for the money that I could have spent at either of those places! Came in August for our first ever Mission BBQ visit. The manager of this branch was so welcoming and kind. He explained how it works (we're from the UK) and suggested some items to order. The food was amazing, genuinely delicious bbq. The manager also gave us free sandwich vouchers for next time if we decided to return (which we did). He even sent out a free dessert and thanked us for visiting. My 6 year old loved the food and the atmosphere. We will now return to Mission BBQ every time we visit Naples.

There was no one at the front for eighteen minutes. I ordered a coffee and croissant at the kiosk and no one was there to serve it. I was staring at my food behind the window and was yelling "hello?" Into the kitchen for anyone to show up. A nice man that was clearing tables came up to me and helped me. If I didn't already pay for the food and coffee I would have walked out.
