I absolutely Love brisket, and most of the time they absolutely Nail it and it feels like their food is made with love. But today both me and my girlfriend ordered the moist brisket, and it felt more like they were trying to get a pay check rather than making their food with Love. It was dry, super tough, and tasteless. I expected it to be pretty good after spending almost 60$ for 2 people for lunch.
