this is about what you'd expect from a boot-licking politics sympathizing overzealous pork bistro, i refuse to call this BBQ. Can't believe they'd misuse the "Mission:" text like that. Mission:Failed that's more like it. the ribs are dry and flavorless, the brisket is dry and flavorless. everything else is also low quality, processed, generic flavor cisco prison food. i genuinely couldn't tell if the bbq pork was dog food or not, ive legit had better dogfood. coleslaw is gross and sour, mac n cheese wrong texture and no flav... read more
If you love BBQ and like smoked meats this is your place. I am not fond of either. The BBQ sauce is way too salty for me. The servers are great and food orders are prompt.
Very welcoming atmosphere. First time there and we were welcomed by Shayne from the Salisbury Mission BBQ. He is a great host and very strong in customer service skills. Thank you Shayne!
