This was quite the experience. We had heard about the good quality of the food, which completely exceeded expectations for both meat and sides. They even give you a choice of lean or wet on the brisket. The burger was also excellent, and the seasonal cheesy potatoes should always be on the menu. Respect to our veterans, firefighters, first responders and all heroes in uniform. Good smoke. Hits the spot but the sauces is the best part, I feel. Great selection of house made sauces. I want to order more meats to get more sauce! This place has an amazing vibe. It's like a museum. Lots of things to see.
