Best BBQ and supports our veterans
Mission BBQ was awesome. The brisket was really good, and the mac and cheese was honestly phenomenal. They have a ton of drink options (the sweet tea was great) and six different BBQ sauces to try, which was a nice touch. The prices were really reasonable for how much food you get, and the employees were some of the friendliest I’ve met. Definitely a place I’d come back to.
Food here is always excellent! I always look forward to coming back for some good BBQ! Highly recommend coming here to eat if you enjoy barbeque food!
Ordering Takes a bit getting used to. You have to order at the counter first before sitting down then be called for your food that isn't brought to you. you have to get it yourself. Portions are small and food too expensive but was freshly made ingredientsand tasted good. Utensils salt etc not given to you had to look for it. Nice looking clean restaurant but just strange service to me of course.
My husband ordered to-go yesterday and today and the food does not disappoint. Yesterday all I had was a brisket sandwich since my prego cravings wanted some(born and raised Texan). Super good, he ordered again to-go today and got the Mac and cheese,beans,potato salad,coleslaw,sausage with jalapeño and cheese,brisket. All super good food except the potato salad ( just because my preference that’s not the recipe what I was raised on nor down south Texans serve) but that seems to be the recipe at missions and big rigs bbq.
