I just want to acknowledge the amazing service I received from Emma. I was meeting my Director for lunch after a tough day. And Emma immediately brightened my day with her warm smile and friendly hello. I had arrived much earlier than my director and Emma was kind enough to offer me something to drink while I waited. Quick and amazing barbecue food! I took home a bottle of Memphis Bell bbq sauce and now I put it on everything! Would definitely recommend!
This is my first bad experience at a Mission BBQ. I ordered the moist brisket and what I got was an extra dry version of the lean brisket. It was so dry that the smoky flavor was nearly cooked out of it.
