I order online here quite a bit because I work so close but the last 3-4 times now I stand by the pick up area and no one even makes eye contact with me or gets my food I had to wait 10 minutes for someone to ask while my food just sat there

Oh this was our first time and the food was amazing. Fresh and Hot. The manager was so accommodating. We actually ended up back there 2 days later and food was still great!
