I joined a partner class at Mission Barbell Club with a friend and had an awesome experience! The workout was intense but fun, and the people were incredibly supportive. Jay led the workout and he was fantastic—welcoming and attentive to proper form throughout the class. He made me feel comfortable right away, and the class even comes with free jokes from Jay, which definitely adds to the experience! 🤣 After the workout, the group walked across the street to a coffee shop for conversation and community. Whether you're totally fit or kinda fat (like me,) Mission Barbell Club is the place to be! Working out with the MBC community is the best hour of my day. I encourage you to give it a shot!!

Being new to the city, MBC made me feel right at home. Great gym, great people, in a great area. Would recommend to people in all different stages of fitness!
