We've been very happy Mission bank customers for several years. Compared to larger banks, we've really appreciated the better customer service, quick loan decisions and excellent rates. Would highly recommend.
Their policies no longer protect people who receive bad checks. Unfortunately, Ventura County DA no longer prosecutes for check fraud either.
I have been banking with Mission Bank for years and couldn't be more pleased. Every single person at the branch is extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend.
Very poor service. You need to call this bank twice before they pick up a call. They also don't remember conversations very well. Make sure you get everything in writing and do not take their word for anything.
