Friendly staff. Pleased with service and repair. Very busy place.
They have diagnosed several issues I was having over the years with my Honda. They are always so professional, courteous and answers all of my dumb questions. Always communicate with issues and approximate time for the appointment.
My husband was in Pep Boys on Pleasant Valley in Winchester Virginia. He went in there and stood for 20 minutes. Two guys behind the counter kept answering phones wouldn’t acknowledge him very unprofessional whoever owns Pep Boys needs to get their crap together because we won’t be buying tires there and believe me I’m posting it everywhere
