Staff was very nice and professional. They contacted me to provide a detailed estimate before the work was started and they had my vehicle repaired in a timely manner.

I dropped off my car for a VA State Inspection last week and everything seemed to go smoothly. I needed new parking lamps to pass inspection, which Mission nicely replaced without labor charge. Upon picking up my car I noticed the electrical system was completely dead and I was unable to start my car. I knew the battery was old but everything was working fine when I dropped it off in the morning and the receptionist's response was, "That's weird, we just parked it 30 minutes ago." Prices that don't justify quality, and a final price that didn't match the price they gave after their diagnosis. Double front wheel bearing replacement on a 2007 midsize suv. After their diagnosis I was given the price of just under $1,100. At pick up it was roughly $1300. Each wheel bearing cost $341 + a $24.48 "shop supplies" fee. I cannot for the life of me find an OEM wheel bearing for my vehicle that's over $300. The closest one is a moog for $295 at advance, which is marked up $100 from rock auto's price.
