Sorab & Team are amazing. They replaced my car’s broken Audio system with a brand new one within no time. I will be taking my dad’s Lexus to them next.
Do not take ur car to this shop!!! They’ll literally make it worse for you!
Not only were they unable to diagnose or fix my car after keeping it for 10 days, but the staff also treated me unprofessionally when I followed up. This was a complete waste of time and incredibly disappointing.
This is by far one of the worst repair shops I’ve ever dealt with. The staff are extremely rude and unprofessional, and they take an unreasonable amount of time without actually fixing the problem. Communication is poor, and they show no respect for customers’ time or concerns. If there were an option for zero stars, I would choose it. I strongly recommend avoiding this place and taking your business elsewhere.
If I could give zero stars, I would. The mechanic here doesn’t just lack professionalism — he lacks basic human decency. Screaming at customers, using foul language, and acting like he’s doing you a favor by simply existing. Shameful.
