I’m sharing my personal experience as a parent whose children received services here for nearly four years. Initially, we had a good experience at the Easton location. However, after transferring to the Wyomissing clinic, communication about my children’s daily activities and progress became noticeably limited. Both of my children are autistic and non-verbal. I would give this place a 10 star if I could. My daughter has been going here for almost a year and she’s doing so well. My daughter went from not talking to starting to say words, potty training, hand over hand, playing independently and with friends. My daughter has had a huge increase since she started and this program is a great opportunity for your child. I feel this was the best decision my husband and I did for my daughter and will continue to have her go there until she isn’t able anymore. The staff there are very ea... read more

I hate writing poor reviews but I felt the need to with this particular clinic. They are condescending to the very children they are “helping.” The BT, Sydney, was making the child feel extremely uncomfortable and would say passive aggressive things about the child in front of the child’s face. It was evident the lack of trust and rapport. So disappointing. Very unethical and unprofessional. Do not send your child here.
