They set up my appt and charged my card $59.99 and was to be at my house the next day between 8-11. I received a call at 10 the day of the appt saying they were canceling after I’d already taken a day off. It took another day to get my $ back in my account. Will not call them again.
Super weird experience. Called to get mini fridge fixed. They made me provide a CC# to hold the appointment-didn't feel good about that, but I wanted a repair. 3 hours before my appointment window - Indian lady called from "877" number, to cancel my appointment because they don't have anyone who is certified for the repair. Wouldn't rescheduled, just had to cancel. Says their located in the pizza hut - um, no thanks. DONT CALL THEM - has scam written all over this place.......
He saved my weekend! I cannot imagine myself spending the weekend with my niece and some friends coming over without a working ice maker and a fridge. Technician arrived promptly in the morning of Saturday and finished the job in an hour. Good thing he had another tech from Mission Appliance Repair drove the parts to my house. I will definitely recommend this team! They operate as one- they help each other. Very professional and budget friendly.
