The owner Jeff Smith lied to my 91 yr old Aunt and told her he called and looked all over Cape for a Kiddie smoke alarm and could not find one. Hers have been chirping because they need to be replaced for 2 months. I called him and asked him about it because I had found several places that had them and he said no he did no go everywhere and would not. Said we could do it ourselves!!! Yelling at me. The reason for thr lies?! Idk. But to lie to someone that old...can't trust thst type of person!
Jeff Smith with MissionAir Power and Light proved to be unreliable. Timelines were agreed upon, and while our job was small, it was clearly not a priority to him. He initially answered calls but always had an excuse for why he couldn’t return to finish the work. Despite giving plenty of leniency, he failed to meet the deadline, forcing us to find another electrician last minute. Would not recommend.
