Ok... if you can get a call back... Was told to sign up for a "maintenance plan" and then they never returned or called me back. Not good business. I'll take my money elsewhere. Good luck getting a call back. If only doing commercial accts, then why was I told to sign up for this plan??? I DID call for an invoice from my 1 appt and to make a future appt but never received a call back. 🤷♀️
You know you hire masters of their craft when they are able to diagnose CORRECTLY with their eyes closed. I’ve hired for help before with maintenance, coil cleans, blown capacitors and it’s always quickly remedied and solved. This time, a more serious issue. I get home, thermostat is reading 76 degrees when I have it set to 68. Tech said he could be right out but to save him the trip, I let him know that I was already troubleshooting, but my experience is very basic/minimal.
