I had a very disappointing experience at The Missing Piece due entirely to the behavior of a salesperson named Ann. From the moment we walked in, her attitude was nasty and unwelcoming. She repeatedly looked at my children and our family with clear judgment and hostility, which made us feel extremely uncomfortable.
