Update: Scanning my review history, noticed the business' response. 1. Suggesting I caused the damage after my negative review, not before. 2. Look at the photos. Peeling layers, not tears or scuffs from misuse. 3. Sold to me as "real leather." When Barbara examined the chair, she said no, it's "bonded leather." Now "faux leather?" 4. First time visiting. I noticed prices were normal. Not everything in the showroom is crazy expensive like going to At Home or Home Goods for a simple furniture arm chair or coffee table. I will definitely be back to see what waiting for me.
