I recently moved to the area and was looking for a place to continue my CrossFit journey after two years of training. I'm so glad I found this gym! The owner is incredibly passionate, very knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in helping everyone improve. The coaches and members have been welcoming from day one, and the atmosphere is motivating and supportive. Highly recommend!

I was telling a friend about this place when I realized I’ve never left a review! Casey (the owner) does an amazing job of making everyone feel incredibly welcome and included, no matter what level you’re coming in at. CrossFit can be really daunting if you’ve never done it, or if you’re coming back to it at a lower baseline of fitness, but Missing Link and its entire Community never made me feel anything less than totally at ease.
