Missing element has taken my kid’s technique, endurance and overall health to the next level. All of the coaches are tremendously knowledgeable and talented - with the perfect amount of encouragement and no-nonsense attitude to push both my 13 year old son all the way down to my 5 year old daughter to give their best each and every training session. 10/10 Family friendly environment, with very knowledgeable trainers. If you are looking for a facility to train at with athletic knowledge, Nice people, And an environment that enhances your focus.( No distractions) This is it. S/o to the team. Looking forward to the work to come.
Before I went here I was slow, unbalanced, and weak. But now I have added at least 20lb-30lb’s to all of my lifts and am so much faster.
