“Missing Chopsticks? That’s such an odd name for a restaurant.” That was my first thought when a HK friend of mine told me how much she loved the place—especially considering how picky of an eater she is. Wonderful food and even more amazing staff. A bit bittersweet that the restaurant is closing and best of luck with wherever the team heads to next!

I had the pleasure of trying their famous beef wellington and wow, it did not disappoint. I've tried many other wellingtons in the past and this easily takes the medal home. The detail that they place in each layer and each step in preparation really comes through and makes a huge difference in the overall product. The only regret I have is not discovering Missing Chopsticks earlier.
