They suck! Everyone is scared of getting evicted! Please don't buy anything from them . I was renting a mobile home from them. An opportunity came up to purchase a mobile home in the park. The Park manager which is the owner's husband has accepted our purchase and accepted one month lot rent. It looks like a nice trailer park. I ended up on the phone with I believe the owner of the park and she was very nice. We ended up talking on the phone for quite a while. Unfortunately they do not allow dogs and I am a dog lover I have a dog and I will not get rid of my dog for anyone or any reason.
Billy has been very helpful and generous in our transactions. We are on the RV side, and have had nothing but good dealings with the management. The neighbors are friendly, the cost is reasonable.
Poorly maintained and very high rent. Too many restrictions on visitors
Never lived there only listen to one side of stories.....dont forget the wiring job in that trailer 🔜👍cool huh untell it catches on fire ....
