If I could leave no stars I would. I have been a patient here for years and I happened to be on a business trip out of state and was unable to make a few appointments. They dismissed me as a customer with all of the time and money spent there. Also, all of the fillings Dr. Missih had done on my teeth had to be redone by another dentist. They do not last. Avoid this place, they will screw you over.

Horrible practice. Impossible to schedule with. After setting an appointment with them, they failed to put it on the books properly. Had me come into the office in the morning and afternoon and then rescheduled me again for 3pm but then cancelled again. They bill to establish care and then refuse services. Will be filing a complaint for fraud with the New York State Dental Association.

called this office in the fall of 2022 because they are a participant of my dental insurance CSEA, was told he was not taking new patients call back in December, called back in December was told to have a referral sent over my dentist sent referral, called back in 2 weeks they said they did not get a referral, mind you I was never put on hold for them to even look for this referral, had my dentist send again the girl at my dentist called to make sure it was received this time. called them back again was told that some one wo... read more
