My cable provider had to run new wiring from a different utility pole. Miss Utility came out without notice and disconnected my internet (in the middle of a work presentation) to bury the line. My internet still doesn't work and they refuse to fix the issue. They are saying they can't help, that the cable company needs to fix it, or that I pay a contractor to fix their mistake. Now I have to wait until next week for a cable company tech to come figure out what Miss Utility broke. Absolutely unacceptable.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. I contacted them because I am going to be digging in my yard. They painted the covers on my water and sewer caps. No markings were left in my yard! How am I supposed to miss a hitting them when they don't even mark what direction they are coming from your house? Such a waste of time. I knew where the caps were located.

Never showed up. Had contractors put in the request for them to come to property and mark for utilities to have a new deck installed. For WEEKS we were told someone would come and no one has shown up still. We are now left a barren yard with no deck where we cannot start any work because Miss Utility has ignored all attempts at contact from both us and the contractor.
