My friend went and had mani/shellac and ended up with a staff infection that went through her blood stream from a nail being infected
I am a long time customer of Miss Urban. I won’t be returning . Making an appointment 1 week in advance to arrive and told it wasn’t booked in right on christmas . Nail quality has also gone, nails lasting no longer than 2 weeks without chipping and lifting .
Sadly after coming here for close to a decade, business practices have gone downhill since new owners took over this year. The best nail technicians have left the store & my nails don’t look as good anymore. I gave Miss Urban a chance and went to 2 appointments to see if I could keep going here for my sns extension nails but I don’t think I will. I initially booked this place because i needed a last-minute set of nail extensions, and they were the only salon nearby with higher ratings. im so glad i found this place, it’s a hidden gem 💎! I can’t remember the name of the lady who did my nails, but she was incredibly efficient and skilled.
