I had been referred to Miss Unity a few years ago so I was already familiar with Nicole’s work when it comes to hair. I was looking forward a new salon in the city as the one I was using before was starting to run high in pricing, and remembered Nicole. So long as you call her ahead of time and tell her when you want to be serviced and what style you’re looking for, you’ll have no issues. Terrible service! My husband wanted to get braids done, so he called the salon. The owner answered the call and told him to go there, and half an hour later he was there only to hear that she didn't do braids! That he should contact someone else by text message (why didn't she say that before he went there?). He then contacted the professional who took hours to respond to each message, always with short and unreliable answers. We didn't even know the professional's name! I do not recommend this place.
