We catered with Miss Saigon for our wedding and the food was amazing, especially their eggrolls and crab fried rice. Their service was phenomenal. Even when the wedding was over, everyone was still talking about how amazing their foods were. We originally just have the food dropped off, but a week before the wedding, Bryan reached out and offered to stay and help refill the buffet line for guests as complimentary. We had the pleasure of attending the open house for Miss Saigon, and it was such an amazing experience! Aimee and Parker have truly created something special. From the warm welcome to the incredible food, every detail was perfection. All of the dishes were well crafted and delicious. My daughters favorite was the duck and I really enjoyed the scallops. I definitely recommend Miss Saigon for any events you need catered.
