It was very first time going to natural curls salon. My curls looks so cute and I love it. The staffs are super friendly and make you feel welcome. Definitely coming back again.

Impossible to get these people on the phone to make an appointment. When I finally caught them, I made an early 9am appointment on my day off. Stylist was a no-show. They explained to me they couldn't get a hold of me to let me know because only the business owner has access to a customer's phone number??? Extremely unprofessional and extremely disappointing.

Miss Rizos will always hold a special place in my heart as it was where my son got his first curlycut at 3 years old. He is now almost 4 and we loved his 2nd cut too. It’s important to me that he learns to love and embrace his curls; having a sanctuary like this makes that much easier. The staff were knowledgeable, kind and patient, and the products are amazing! First product that my son and I have both used where our hair is supple and defined.

I went to Miss Rizos NYC Salon for my ‘big chop’ in January 2020, and it was a great experience! The stylist showed me how to care for my hair, and recommended products. This was an early phase in my curly hair journey and I am so appreciative for the service and learnings I received! And, I was lucky to catch Carolina 🫶 before her travel to the Dominican Republic ♥️

Came here & spend 90 dollars for my hair to look better when i do it myself. I have 3a-3b fine hair and they used very heavy weighted products for thick hair which weighed down my hair a lot when I asked for volume specifically. It was a waste of money and waste of time althought the workers were really nice and offered a rewash for free but we had already been there for 4 hours. I might come here again in the future, but my first experience was not good :(
