The American Dental Association (ADA) Code of Ethics encourages dentists not to refuse patients solely because of personal animosity if urgent care is needed, especially when refusal could result in harm. My son had a dental emergency that he needed prompt medical care and antibiotics for and she is refusing to see him based on personal animosity from a “bad google review”. Not ethical and I will be reporting her to the ADA.
After my previous truthful and respectful review of this “office” that stated she wouldn’t see my son without court papers just because I was out of town and needed my mother to bring him in the office for an emergency. I was in town and decided to give her another chance since the whole issue was that I was out of town. My son is in extreme pain and I am out of town. The first day he missed school for his appointment she canceled because the office manager didn’t come in. The second time she said she needed papers from the court for my mother to take my son to the dentist when I’m out of town?!?!?! I had written and verbal permission for him to be seen.
she was very rude and disrespectful, she also holds grudges, my granddaughter was going to her when she was younger and missed a few appointments bc of her mother but she still held it against her 10 years later as a adult. so I do not recommend her at all
