RecommendedLove Miss Priss. They always make the experience a special one. Our Associate today took the time to tighten an eye hook that was a little loose on the dress before we ever left the store. That is excellent Customer Service.
Customer service is horrible here. Rude consultant, not helpful to busy talking to co workers. Found a dress but will be purchasing elsewhere. Elizabeth was nice and apologetic. Really need to get consultants with drive and personality that want to help. Really wanted to love this place, what a shame.

Hands down, the best customer service I have ever experienced in my life! So very helpful and very, very professional. I have purchased several dresses online and this is the only place I will go to now! They sent me photo’s via text and helped ensure I would receive my dress in the timeframe I needed at the lowest cost! Best shopping experience ever!!!
