Very friendly and extremely helpful staff. We had a a great experience looking at prom dresses and will be back soon to make our final purchase!
I would have given them 5 stars except that our experience did not start out so well (given they were busy). We were just about to walk out when I was brought to someone’s attention that we weren’t being waited on. Their customer service turned completely around. They pull dress after dress after dress until my daughter was happy then they pulled multiple colors of the dress that she wanted so she could make sure she was getting the right color. Amazing! A 2 hour drive for the best dresses/service! After having a terrible experience locally we found this amazing place! Elizabeth made my daughter feel like a princess! We called ahead of time and she had dresses waiting for her when we got there- we didn't even know she was the owner until we were leaving and one of the other associates told us! We arrived to Miss Priss at 1015 on a Thursday and I was not disappointed. They let us pull about 5 dresses from the racks then we started trying them on... once we figured out what style I liked, they went upstairs and pulled more dresses for me. I ended probably trying on about 25 dresses and found my dress. They allowed me to put on jewelry and try on my dress 4 different times so I could make sure I loved it. Very sweet employees who will work with everyone!! They know what they’re doing.
