Very disappointed with my experience with this flower shop. I placed an order for three bouquets on their website the night before for pick up in store. The transaction went through, my credit card was charged, and I received a confirmation email. On their website they said the earliest pick up time was 10:30a. I wrote a note saying I will pick up the order at 11:30a.
