I’ve ordered “choose own flavour” boxes twice (online). Twice I have been asked to choose again, because many of my selected flavours were not available. I don’t think that is acceptable since I’d gone to a lot of trouble to fit the selection to recipient. I will not be ordering again.

I came here to support a small business & because i have a love of macaroons, i ordered a custom box of pick your own & opted for my own flavours , while they didnt have the tonka bean in stock. I opted for my own custom box as i don't like lemon. Where do i start, fed ex must be the worse delivery company to use, i ordered a box of 14, placed order 16th August said it get to me by 18th.
