10-12 moms with obscenely loud kids ruined our experience by not controlling their kids. Several 2 to 6 year olds ran around screaming. Workers tolerated the noise but were visibly annoyed. I finally asked the moms to control their kids. They were shocked. They took forever after paying their tab to exit the restaurant. This is not a party venue for kids. May think twice about returning.
Very disappointing experience. I originally ordered chicken and waffles, but after we had already been waiting, we were told they didn’t have any more pancake batter to make the waffles. I had to choose something completely different, so I decided to order the Reuben sandwich. Unfortunately, that was disappointing too. A group of friends and I visited Miss Lucille’s on August 30, 2026, and unfortunately, our experience was extremely disappointing. Once our entire party arrived, we placed our orders. About 10–15 minutes later, our waitress returned to tell us they were out of grilled chicken, which someone in our party had ordered with a salad. She agreed to substitute fried chicken, but then returned a short time later to say the manager had “found” some chicken that could be grilled after all. A bit pricey, but the food is very good so it is worth it.
Well that s time we can’t leave a good review. We have been here several times!!!! The last two times the service was severely lacking. 1st time was not informed about some items for the dish ordered were not available. Dish served anyway. Has to ask someone other than our waitress as to why. Today’s was the worst and same waitress. Placed order my specialty drink came out LONG before my husband’s reg coffee which I had to ask for.
