My daughters had flowers delivered to me for my Mom's passing (their Grandma). The flowers were to be of specific colors, representing the 4 of us. Nope, they weren't. My daughters only received 1/2 a refund back.

My best friends dad died on Sunday so my fiance who is out of town wanted to send me flowers he spent 2 hours on the phone on Sunday to get the delivered to my house. They didn’t deliver the flowers. Then he spent 3 hours on the phone on Monday to change the address because they didn’t do what the said on Sunday. They delivered on TUESDAY! I order a cake and 3 dozen cupcakes for a birthday. The cake was perfectly made with the design I asked for and the cupcakes got rave reviews from all! Thank you for adding some sweetness to this lovely town!
