Professionally dry clean and alteration, fun, happy with are old customer
This was the WORST expirence I have ever had with an alterations company. I have been a loyal customer for over two years until now. I took a bridesmaids dress to have an inch taken off the shoulders. When I picked up the dress, the seam had been cut where the dress had rouching at the chest (which caused unraveling). While I was showing the owner, I also noticed a stain in the center of the dress.
