I booked an appointment for builder gel after my mom had an amazing experience here, so I was really looking forward to it. While the staff was friendly and welcoming, my experience unfortunately didn’t meet expectations. Cannot say enough great things about this salon. Found from a referral and never looking back. Was able to accommodate me same day for a hard gel manicure + classic pedicure with Angela. Right off the bat felt super comfortable, we talked about length, shape, goals and immediately got into it. She’s a master at her craft, my nail shape has never looked better and really excited to come back. They also have the cutest phone stands too! The Korean and Japanese gel is incredible and a MUST!

This business is completely unprofessional. I've been a customer twice, but during my last visit, the experience was unacceptable. I requested a nude pink color and almond-shaped nails, but the technician was extremely rude and uncooperative, insisting on applying a neon pink shade instead. The work was poorly done and uneven, requiring another technician to redo the nails, which turned out much better. and I paid them $150 for total and waste my 3 hours there because someone's mistake.
