The customer service is just awful here. My daughter and I came in for pedicures and the girl at the front couldn't be bothered by us. I said, we can go somewhere else and all of a sudden, she must have realized she was being rude and was like, go ahead and take a seat. I'll find techs for you. The tech must have been upset that they made her do a pedicure because she didn't even pretend to be nice. I wanted to share my wonderful experiences at Miss Han. My first appointment was two months ago, after being referred by my best friends who are regulars. I received gel X extensions for a manicure and a gel X pedicure, and I can confidently say it's the best set I've had in a long time. I highly recommend asking for Meng Meng. Her attention to detail is incredible; the shape of my nails is absolutely perfect, and her cuticle work is meticulous. The worst experience I’ve had in my entire 10 years of getting my nails done. The nail stylist, Nina—please remember this name—was extremely disrespectful throughout the service. She visibly made faces when I asked to try just 2–3 colors, and even threw the color bottles onto the table in front of me. As for the result, please refer to the photo.
