Everything was a rush, the girl obviously wanted only to push me out of the door. She wasn’t even going to wash my hair from the start just prepped to cut it, I don’t have straight hair, if you have curly or textured hair you’d understand usually means you’re about to have a wonky cut. Very disappointed today. After previous experience of cut and foils taking 3.5 hours , I have particularly asked for a fast paced, experienced hairdresser as my free time is scarce and my an ability to sit still is limited. I was advised by reception to ask for Lucy and I managed to get an appointment with her. Waited 1 week for it. What a surprise today when I came to find out she is not going to do my hair and instead of her I was set with her lovely but slower paced colleague with plan of 4 hours to do my head!!!
