We had such a great experience at Miss GiGi’s! They worked super quickly during my son’s first haircut to make sure it looked great before any meltdown could happen. When he inevitably got upset, they were so sweet—offering him snacks and lollipops to help calm him down. Despite all his wiggles, his haircut came out absolutely adorable! We loved it and will definitely be back.
I called ahead and was told there would be a 20-minute wait for a walk-in. When I arrived with my daughter—who was nervous and about to have her very first haircut—no one acknowledged us or offered any reassurance. Instead, after some time, a staff member spoke to us in a very condescending tone, telling us we needed to leave because my daughter was scared and would “scare the other kids.” I can’t comment on the quality of their haircuts because we never got that far.
