Miss Fit Mid-County is top quality group fitness. The facility is well kept, the workouts are organized and intentional. The trainers are always excited to have you in the building and ready to push you one step further for yourself. There are many oppirtunities to set and work to achieve personal goals and gains in the MF Queendom!
amazing women, amazing instructors and amazing gym. the classes are great they work you out so well and push you to your fullest. love that it's an all women gym. has children care and personal training.
