The catering truck driver out on the road today is an incredibly disrespectful and illegal performing driver. Crossing double lines, cutting people off in different lanes, tailgating. Not interested in absolutely anything they provide if they can’t be safe humans to share the road with, with my kids in the car. Unfortunate.
Yasmine made coordinating our pickup very easy, was friendly to work with, and most importantly, provided some really delicious sauce. It was rich and flavorful, and absolutely made our BBQ. Thanks, Miss Essie's!
We ordered à la cart mac and cheese and beans for a family bbq. They were so delicious and both heated up beautifully the next day! I can't wait to try more of Miss Essie's BBQ. As a family who lived in Texas for years we are so excited when someone gets southern cooking right!
The Miss Essie team, especially Marcus and Yasmine were great to work with. Our Saturday's Summer Social went beautifully, and the food was a genuine hit. The garlic mashed potatoes were the runaway favorite — several neighbors asked about them specifically.
