I started seeing Dr. Riley this year at her Snellville office. She is amazing because she listens, explains things using clear language, and doesn’t rush her examinations. I am very pleased with Dr. Riley and her staff. They are all so friendly!
I’ve been seeing Dr Riley 17 years (go wherever she go) She is an Excellent Physician, she is Caring, Knowledgeable and Thorough!
I think it’s completely unacceptable to cancel physicals multiple times without an explanation. Her service is subpar and she can be very rude. You’re supposed to feel open and relax with your providers and I don’t feel that with her. I will not be returning to her.
They moved my appointment twice due to Dr. Riley’s schedule change. She wants to see you as a new patient Before your physical, but You have to pay co-pay when you have a new patient visit since they count it as an office visit. No other doctors ever do it. Overall,, Very unpleasant experience with them. I have to find another PCP. Wasted 4 months
