I think it’s completely unacceptable to cancel physicals multiple times without an explanation. Her service is subpar and she can be very rude. You’re supposed to feel open and relax with your providers and I don’t feel that with her. I will not be returning to her.
They moved my appointment twice due to Dr. Riley’s schedule change. She wants to see you as a new patient Before your physical, but You have to pay co-pay when you have a new patient visit since they count it as an office visit. No other doctors ever do it. Overall,, Very unpleasant experience with them. I have to find another PCP. Wasted 4 months
Dr. Dinee Riley, How is it that the doctor is asking the patient ‘to heal thyself’ when you are supposed to be the DOCTOR?!?
Dr Riley has been my physician since 2015 & I hope she continues practicing until my daughter becomes of age. I have followed her through two office settings because she is such a compassionate physician. She does not ignore you or dismiss your concerns & she provides exceptional patient care. She is also extremely professional & does not hold back her opinion if she does not agree with you (which I appreciate) when it could be detriment to your health.
