I wouldn’t get waxed here. I got badly burnt. I told the girl it was way too hot and she said it was fine when it wasn’t. I ended up going home in a lot of pain and took several weeks to recover. My skin blistered and went all scaly

I went to get my second ear lobes pierced here, service okay, however, piercer was in a rush to go to a concert, markings she did looked good, then pierced majorly uneven- not at all on the markings, I left and looked in the mirror and noticed this so I went back in to get it fixed. The girls at the desk agreed how bad they were and called the piercer back, who had already left in a rush, to re pierce my ears. The lady said it was what I asked for, blaming it on me. Only 1 week and quite a few of my lashes have fallen off. For $100, I don't think it's good enough. Also the shop is extremely dirty in the back rooms. I doubt if hygiene is a priority.

A year later & I still have nerve damage from the third degree burns I received from having a small tattoo laser removed. This has been an incredibly painful & expensive consequence from visiting this salon.
