My coffee table couldn't be assembled properly, so I contacted customer service. They sent someone over to help and found out I had just installed the anti-slip pad in the wrong place! Really appreciate their patience and help.

I ordered some sofas, dining tables, and a few other items and asked for a single delivery. They coordinated it well; five pallets arrived on a TNT truck. From placing the order and confirming details, to production and delivery, everything was within two months, which was acceptable to me, and I'm overall quite happy with the experience

I customized four dining tables for my club. One of the table bases was damaged during transport. They made a new one and sent it out. I'd use them again for custom pieces.

We purchased two soundproof booths for our office. After using them for a while, one of the glass panels unexpectedly cracked. Just moved from the UK to Australia, and while furnishing my rental, I came across these compressed sofa beds. I'd honestly never seen anything like them before. They come packed in a box, and when you open it, the sofa slowly expands on its own. I liked that there were plenty of colours to choose from, and it made setting up my new place so much easier, especially without needing movers or tools.

I ordered a custom sized coffee table, and it was ready in just 5 days. I got the shipping update immediately, and it arrived about 3 weeks later without any issues.
